Apple has again commissioned a new series. This time it’s about a futuristic drama called “See.” AsReportedly, “Game of Thrones” star Jason Momoa has been pledged for the space drama of the future, many of whom are still known as Khal Drogo from the well-known HBO series.
Conan in space?
“See” is described as an “epic, world-forming drama” of the future, for which only a little additional information is currently available. Momoa will play the role of Baba Voss, a “fearless warrior, leader and protector”.
Known for his role as Khal Drogo in the first season of “Game of Thrones,” Momoa is once again playing a fierce character in the movie “Aquaman,” which will be released later this year. For “See,” Momoa’s role as the fighter Ronon Dex of Stargate Atlantis is most likely to be comparable to the new role. Thus, Momoa should have no problems again to play a credible warrior in space.
“See” was written by “Peaky Blinders” creator Steven Knight and is directed by Francis Lawrence, known for his work on “The Hunger Games”. Thus, also here high-carat staff is taken care of. The new sci-fi drama is just one of many Apple Originals in the making. It is not yet known when the first exclusive series will be on display. Rumors say, however, that the first productions in thecould make her debut.
