Both the Galaxy S9 and the S9 + have an 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. The Note 8 had the same CPU, but the clock frequency was lower at 8. However, the graphics unit on the S9 is about 30 percent higher. With the S9 + Samsung sets on 6GB Ram, with the S9 it is 4GB.

The iPhone X has a 6-core A11 Bionic chip and a 3-core GPU. In the Geekbench 4 test, the iPhone X dominated the S9 +, both in the single-core test (4,243 vs. 2,007 points) and the multi-core test (10,433 points vs. 8,307 points). The iPhone X completely “blew” the S9 + in the Jetstream Browser Benchmak. The Octans 2.0 test was similar. Here it is 33.683 points vs. 11,682 points. This shows how well Safari beats on the iPhone X.
